Going paperless
After Bett, ExCeL London donated surplus food and furniture to the CFE, who share these items across local community projects throughout the London Borough of Newham.
This year, we made a donation on behalf of every speaker who took part in Bett to the FareShare charity. In total, we contributed to deliver the equivalent of 10,000 meals to families and children in need in the UK.
Caption.Ed
We welcomed Caption.Ed to Bett 2023 as our Theatre Accessibility Partner, who provided captioning services across all of our content theatres to ensure the show caters to the needs of all participants.

Under the Bett global theme of Inclusion, we curated a series of sessions focusing on different aspects of inclusion in education, such as:
There was also a SEND and Inclusion Trail to guide visitors around the show floor to discover some of the best assistive technology to help students access learning and support inclusion.
