Getting around Bett
Accessible entrances
There are two stations at either entrance to the EXCeL (Prince Regent and Custom House) both have step-free access. Bett will be promoting the Prince Regent as the primary entry to the ExCeL due to its location to the exhibition. Entry from the Custom house station will require a walk of approximately 600 metres to the Exhibition Hall. The Prince Reagent DLR Station is a significantly shorter distance to the Exhibition Hall.
The entrances and exits to and from the ExCeL are wheelchair accessible via low gradient ramps and automatic doors.
Accessible signage
Pictographic signs and symbols are used to guide people around the ExCeL and a map of the show with accessibility features will be available to download pre-show. Mobility scooters and wheelchairs can be hired for free at the ExCeL here. Exhibitors are encouraged to make their stands as accessible as possible but we can’t guarantee this.
Seating
Seating will be available during registration so you can rest comfortably while checking in for the event. Throughout the show floor, we’ve also added seating spots to provide spaces where attendees can rest.
