'A statutory code of practice under the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018 known as the Age-Appropriate Design Code, informally referred to as the Children's Code, recognises that children should be given special treatment when it comes to their personal data'. What does this actually mean? For children, parents, schools and the (Ed)Tech sector? In this session we aim to get to the bottom of most, if not all of these questions. Why not join us and find out more about how the Children's code affects you.
