Why multi school groups need a robust digital strategy to grow

Unlocking growth in multi school groups requires schools to achieve economies of scale, improve teaching and learning standards, and make progress in areas such as wellbeing, recruitment and retention. It's a big ask. One often-overlooked area is having a flexible digital infrastructure in place to support both the development of teaching and learning and the school's operational efficiency. A carefully planned EdTech strategy enables new schools to join a MAT infrastructure with minimum disruption and allows quicker integration while improving communication and efficiency. This international panel will discuss their own experiences of unlocking improvements in the classroom, in addition to the broader strategic priorities and growth within their schools, trusts or districts.
