A recent study found that 93% of 12-15-year-olds in the UK own a mobile phone (Ofcom, 2021). And whilst there are many benefits, including enhancing teaching and learning experiences, the frequent usage of digital platforms is often linked to increased anxiety, stress, body image concerns, depression, and other mental health conditions.
