This session will provide an opportunity for EYFS practitioners to explore how very young children's communication, creativity and problem-solving skills can be supported by activities which develop computational thinking. Drawing on Co-Make, an Erasmus project in European pre-schools in Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, UK and Finland, the session will provide opportunities to hear about the many ways that computational thinking and early programming approaches can be introduced and to support learning for the youngest pupils with ideas and practical examples to take back to your early years setting. There will be a focus on practical examples.
