Ziad Shatat is an education expert with over 25 years of experience dedicated to building sustainable and high-quality educational communities. He currently serves as the Director of the Continuous Improvement Department at the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) where he oversees the performance and improvement of all private educational institutions in Sharjah, including schools, nurseries, and training centres, encompassing 10 different curricula. His work focuses on system-wide improvement, quality assurance, capacity building, and supporting schools through targeted improvement services and evidence-based strategies.
