Wolfgang Jockusch (he/him) is an experienced senior trainer for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and intercultural management. He is the founder and CEO of BAMIK GmbH in Germany and Diversity Webinars, Inc. in the USA. His focus is on developing educational strategies for organizations that implement DEI and want to improve their intercultural work. Wolfgang has a strong interest in the intersectionality of culture, language, and all forms of diversity. Having lived and worked in both the USA and Europe, he offers a unique transatlantic perspective on the topic of diversity and is particularly sensitive to regional and linguistic challenges that come with dealing with diversity.
