Victoria is CEO and Founder of Merrick-Ed Limited, an expert education consultancy service specialising in curriculum, assessment, and data coherence.

Working with schools, multi-academy trusts, local authorities and governmental organisations in the UK and internationally, Victoria empowers education leaders to make informed decisions that have lasting impact. Victoria seamlessly combines her creative approach and instinct for innovation to develop transformation strategies that champion equity and improve outcomes for young people.

Victoria proudly sits on the Board of the Teacher Development Trust and is Trustee at a Multi-Academy Trust in the East Midlands. A graduate of the University of Cambridge's Post-Graduate Advanced Certificate in Educational Studies (PACES) programme, Victoria supports The Network at Cambridge University in her role as Ambassador.
