Victor Sosanya is an Entrepreneurship (MSt) Postgraduate at Cambridge Judge Business School. As an experienced entrepreneur, educator and facilitator, he supports global corporates, schools, and charities with their learning and development strategies. Victor has developed, designed, and delivered training programmes for early-career professionals to senior managers, using a blend of lectures, group activities, discussions, and hands-on exercises.  

He is also a recognised Gen Z thought leader and keynote speaker, having presented at prestigious events such as the World Education Summit and Global Undergraduate Awards. As well as covering the private sector, he volunteers with the Foundation for Education Development (FED) advising on educational policies in the UK.
