Vibeke Vedsted Andersen
With 25 years of experience in education, Vibeke Vedsted holds a Pedagogical Diploma in the Guidance of Teachers and Intercultural Competence and a Diploma in Leadership. She worked as a teacher in primary and lower secondary school for 17 years and now serves as a pedagogical consultant and project manager in a municipal school department and HR division. She has extensive knowledge of developing teachers’ and students’ intercultural competences through collaborative learning, the open classroom, and global citizenship projects. In her work, she applies core pedagogical principles for effective teaching, including the Danish concept of Playful Learning. Through 20 years of Erasmus+ projects across Europe, she has gained deep experience in technology comprehension, viewing technological learning as a literacy, and exploring how AI can be qualified and used meaningfully in schools.
