Tim has worked in education for 27 years, all in secondary schools in London. He was a Headteacher for 10 years and is now CEO of an ambitious Academy Trust in South East London, PolyMAT, which includes a Free School of which Tim was fortunate to lead the design, build and opening. Tim has a passion for raising standards and leading innovation and is driven by the chance to make real differences to students' lives. Tim has worked with and supported many schools in London and is committed to collaboration and peer-support as levers for school improvement.
