Thomas is Director of Digital Learning and Head of Computer Science at Francis Holland School, Sloane Square, where he leads the school's digital strategy, oversees their 1:1 device programme, and spearheads AI integration across the curriculum. With expertise in educational technology implementation, Thomas has drafted trust-wide AI policy, delivered comprehensive staff training on digital skills, AI applications and curriculum, and developed an engaging curriculum enabling pupils to explore real-world applications of artificial intelligence and other technologies. Previously, Thomas served as Senior Teacher for Digital Innovation and Learning at Woldingham School, where he also held the position of Head of Classics. Having a background which spans humanities and STEM, Thomas is interested in inter-disciplinary learning and exploring how schools can teach creativity and real-world skills alongside traditional academic subjects.
