Sophie has over 14 years of governance experience, including serving as a trustee for two Trusts, currently with Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust (ODBST). She has also held significant governance leadership roles including Chair of Trustees for a Pre-School charity and Chair of Governors for a primary school. At CJK, Sophie supports leaders to tackle operational and strategic challenges, helping Trusts identify ways to improve the cost, quality and governance of their operating model. Her work helps Trusts shape shared services and develop sustainable strategies for growth and mergers. Using benchmarking data, CJK gives leaders the evidence to make informed decisions that improve efficiency, ensure value for money, and ultimately deliver better outcomes for children and young people.
