Shin Young Kyu is the CEO of Bubblecon, a leading edtech company specialising in learning data analysis in Korea's education and defence sectors.

As a full-stack developer and CEO, Mr Shin not only manages operations but also actively contributes to development. He is recognised for creating Korea's first proprietary Learning Record Store (LRS) solution, a groundbreaking achievement in the field.

Mr Shin serves as an executive member of the Korea Edtech Industry Association and an advisory member for the AI-Based Personalized Teaching and Learning Platform initiative, commissioned by the Korea National Council of Governors of Education. He has also helped establish national standards for e-learning data as a consultant for the Korea Standards Association.

Under his leadership, Bubblecon has partnered with SNU (Seoul National University) Learning Sciences Research Institute to validate learning data and develop AI models that enhance academic outcomes. Currently, Bubblecon provides technology solutions to 15 of Korea’s 17 regional education offices, reaffirming its leadership in educational innovation through data-driven solutions.
