Shaikha Al Naqbi is the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration at the University of Khorfakkan and a Member of the Sharjah Consultative Council, where she serves as Chair of the Education, Youth, Culture, and Media Committee. 

With 25 years of experience in Higher Education, including 23 years as HR Director at the University of Sharjah, she has led major institutional development initiatives. She holds a Master’s in leadership in Higher Education and is committed to advancing leadership, public policy, and inclusive educational environments.
