Seungyong Shin is Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) of NSDevil, a global assessment technology company leading AI-powered evaluation and large-scale digital testing. He directs multinational R&D and international collaboration across Asia, Africa, and Europe, developing and scaling next-generation assessment and educational technologies, including AI-based speaking evaluation, automated essay scoring, and intelligent test delivery systems. Through international organisations such as the ADB and APEC, he has shared models connecting assessment with the future of education. He has led nation-scale projects, including Mongolia’s national intelligent assessment infrastructure, now operational in over 300 public schools. Additionally, his Korean language AI-integrated assessment technology is deployed across 14 Asian countries through the Korean government.
