Sean is a Senior Design Principal at the BBC and leads the accessibility and inclusive design team, delivering accessible digital experiences to colleagues across the global BBC public service operation and exploring inclusive design methodologies which deliver user-led solutions for underserved customers. Sean also co-created BBC CAPE (Creating A Positive Environment), the BBC’s award-winning Neurodiversity initiative which introduced design-led innovative solutions to remove barriers to employment for Neurodivergent people. Neurodivergent himself, Sean is also the Chair for NiON, the Neuroinclusive Organisations Network centred in Greater Manchester.
