Sarbani is the CEO of Deesha, with over 23+ years in data transformation, advising and implementing data solutions to schools and other sector. She graduated from the University of Oxford, Said Business School Artificial Intelligence Programme.

Having helped industries like telecommunications, banking and retail soar, her passion lies in empowering those often left behind. Social housing, education and non-profits - these are the sectors where data can have the most profound impact. We champion data democracy, and that's why we have a proven track record of providing solutions and insights specifically for these often resource-constrained environments.

Sarbani is also a mental health advocate and devotes her time as a trustee of Catalyst Support in Guildford. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and Institute of Directors. Outside of work, she enjoys running, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new destinations through travel.
