Sarbani Bose brings over 23 years of experience in data and analytics, with a career dedicated to transforming how organisations use information to drive meaningful outcomes. A graduate of the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School Artificial Intelligence Programme, she combines deep technical expertise with a passion for social impact.

Having witnessed first‑hand how education institutions generate vast amounts of data yet struggle to turn it into actionable insight, Sarbani founded Deesha.ai to bridge this gap. Her mission is rooted in a simple belief: data should not be a privilege reserved for large corporations. Schools, trusts, and resource‑constrained sectors deserve the same level of intelligence, efficiency, and predictive capability.

Under her leadership, Deesha has been built as an AI‑powered insights platform designed to help schools operate more effectively, personalise learning, and make evidence‑based decisions at scale.

Beyond her work at Deesha, Sarbani is a mental health advocate and serves as a trustee at Catalyst Support in Guildford, reflecting her commitment to wellbeing and community impact. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors and a local Governor of St Dominic’s school in Godalming. Outside of work, she enjoys running, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new destinations through travel.
