Sarah has wide-ranging experience of supporting schools and other organisations with conceiving and implementing digital technology strategies. A former primary teacher and deputy head, Sarah was director of the Connected Learning Centre. winning the BETT Award for service and support to schools in 2019 and 2020 and shortlisted in 2021 and 2022. She has authored several research papers including Educational blogs and their effects on pupils' writing and Technology-supported professional development for teachers: lessons from developing countries She led BlendEd, an IBM commissioned programme on blended learning pedagogies. Sarah devised several Erasmus projects. She also supported UNICEF's Education During Emergency Plan supporting teacher innovation through the targeted use of accessible technology.
