Sandy is a STEaM Educator with over 20 years of experience in education, inspiring students from diverse backgrounds. Currently, she is a Vice Principal at Amerikanska Gymnasiet and has completed her Cat 1 training as Head of School. She has taught students of all ages, from Grade 4 to adults Coding, Computer Science, Design Process and Engineering, as well as Science, Maths and Technology in an engaging and fun way. Mostly she has gone out of her way to get more girls engaged in STEaM education. As much as she enjoys teaching, she also enjoys learning. She is a Google Innovator & coach as well as an Apple Educator. She is studying an NPQH and in her final year studying for her Master's in Education. Her motto is 'Be the Change!' and she tries to lead by example.
