Since joining Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) in 2020, I’ve built a career focused on improving education quality and driving growth in the private education sector. As an Inspector, I worked closely with schools to ensure compliance, support development, and uphold high standards. In 2025, I was promoted to Manager of the Investment Attraction Office, where I now lead efforts to attract and facilitate private investment in education. I am passionate about advancing educational opportunities in Sharjah and creating an environment that encourages innovation, quality, and sustainable development.
