Sagar Goel
Sagar Goel leads Boston Consulting Group’s client work in digital reskilling and workforce development, and is the Global Insights Leader for the Human Futures Lab at BCG Henderson Institute, the firm’s strategy think tank.
He is one of BCG’s experts on skill-building, culture, and behaviour change at scale, especially in the context of AI. Sagar has led major talent and skills programmes for clients, including recent work with the governments of Singapore, Malaysia, and the Middle East.
He also writes and speaks frequently on reskilling in the age of AI, and how government, industry, academia, and the workforce must come together to solve the global skills crisis. Sagar is a TED speaker, and co-author of a Harvard Business Review cover story that won the 2023 HBR Prize for best article.
