With more than 20 years' experience leading SaaS and digital businesses, Rod joined Tes as CEO in June 2020 to accelerate the organisation's next phase of growth and transformation. Under his leadership, Tes has evolved into a technology-first education company, combining software, data and AI to enable schools to work more effectively. Rod is driving Tes's vision to harness the power of technology in education, creating connected solutions that simplify school operations, deliver actionable insights and empower educators to focus on improving outcomes for pupils.

Rod has a proven track record of driving business transformation. Prior to joining Tes, he served as CEO of Autodata, the leading international provider of data solutions for the automotive aftermarket. Under his leadership, Autodata successfully transitioned to a fully SaaS-based business, more than doubling in size, acquiring multiple companies, and accelerating growth across international markets.

Following Autodata's acquisition by Solera Inc., Rod went on to lead the company's global automotive aftermarket data division, overseeing its continued growth and development.
