Richie Ressel, Ed.D. is an innovative educator committed to transforming young lives through learning. After experiencing homelessness, he discovered the power of education and became the first in his family to graduate college. As a teacher, language development specialist, and administrator, he co-founded HEROES For Students, later recognised as a leading ed-tech organisation in Arizona. Now Associate Vice President of Operations & Innovation for Harmony Academy, Richie advances social-emotional learning and AI-driven tools that strengthen relationships within families, schools, youth organisations, and communities. He holds a Doctorate in Organisational Innovation.
