As Digital Transformation Lead, Richard oversees the 1-2-1 deployment and implementation of iPad devices across schools within The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership (ATLP). The ATLP is a growing multi-academy trust of 23 schools and one teaching school, based in Birmingham, Coventry, North Warwickshire and Staffordshire, with more than 10,000 students and over 1,000 members of staff. All academies are quite distinctive and separate schools, serving different communities and phases. As well as project managing ATLP's digital strategy, Richard's role is focused on increasing efficiencies, exploring cost savings, and reducing teacher workloads throughout the Trust.
