Rebecca Benkestok is a school consultant in the School Department of Middelfart Municipality, Denmark, specialising in maker technology, design thinking, and pedagogical IT. A trained teacher with additional education in maker technology, she has more than six years of experience guiding teachers and pedagogues in developing creative, hands-on approaches to learning. Rebecca also leads work on digital infrastructure and the strategic use of learning technologies across schools. Drawing on insights from international technology projects, she focuses strongly on how AI can enhance education while maintaining robust data security and responsible digital practices at an organisational level.
