With over 25 years’ experience in GBS, Shared Services, and Outsourcing, Rakesh is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), having trained with Arthur Andersen. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PRINCE2 and MSP trained, with experience at Deloitte, Accenture, and Serco. He has led 45+ GBS and Shared Services transformation programmes, reimagining operating models and delivering system change, process improvement, policy enhancement, and strengthened controls. He regularly presents and facilitates globally on GBS, Shared Services, Outsourcing, Automation, and AI. At Proservartner, he now leads 20 active GBS transformation projects, supporting clients including Adidas, Dixons, and Swarovski.
