Rachael has worked in the field of education for 17 years as the Deputy Director of an Initial Teacher Training centre, Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion, and as a teacher in a Primary School. These roles have given her a wealth of knowledge and experience within Education, the Special Educational Needs sector, and Initial Teacher Training.

She is passionate about inclusion and diversity within education at all levels, from primary school through to postgraduate education. She strives to inspire all children to reach their full potential and career aspirations. In her role at Tech She Can, she is excited to use her knowledge and skills to plan and deliver Career Insight days, LIVE Lessons and careers resources in collaboration with schools and Tech She Can strategic partners.
