Penny Rimmer serves as the Vice Principal at Fulwood Academy in Preston, working as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team alongside Principal Andrew Galbraith.  

As Vice Principal, Rimmer plays a central role in the operational and strategic management of the academy. Rimmer is known for her hands-on approach to school leadership. She is frequently involved in the day-to-day life of the academy, from conducting assemblies to meeting with parents and guardians.  

Her leadership is characterised by a commitment to the school’s "Fulwood Way" ethos — emphasising respect, hard work, and ambition. Before her tenure at Fulwood Academy, Penny Rimmer built extensive experience in secondary education leadership.
