After starting her accountancy career, Patricia moved into teaching, delivering classroom-based and online qualifications within apprenticeship programmes. Her role evolved into developing learning content and managing the delivery of effective learning programmes. Patricia currently heads up the creation and maintenance of innovative and effective assessment, where she has developed several professional certifications and Ofqual regulated qualifications within her role at BCS.
