With over 8 years of professional experience in the events industry, predominantly in various tech and digital roles, Pasha is currently working at Hyve Group, an international organiser of exhibitions and conferences, including Bett, that aims to foster connections across entire industry ecosystems through in-person events, online platforms, and highly productive meeting programs. Working closely with the Bett team, Pasha possesses a deep understanding of the EdTech industry, ensuring that events deliver optimal Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Time (ROT) for Bett customers. Moreover, Pasha is Co-chair at Pryde, Hyve's Employee Resource Group dedicated to LGBTQ+ initiatives. Pryde actively raises awareness through educational talks and celebrations, championing equality, diversity, and respect across the organisation. In addition to his involvement with Pryde, Pasha collaborates with the HR and communications teams within Hyve, as well as Hyve's Race and Ethnicity and Women's Employee Resource groups. Together, they spearhead various initiatives, including the comprehensive review of company policies and the introduction of new ones, such as a progressive transitioning-at-work policy.
