Professor Norbert Morawetz is a creative business academic and digital entrepreneur.  

He ran the largest entrepreneurship programme in the UK at the University of Hertfordshire and received the National Enterprise Educator Award from the UK Higher Education Academy. 

He is the founder of EdTech startup potential.ly, where he fuses psychology and technology to enhance personal development, collaborative learning and employability.  

His research focuses on technology entrepreneurship, psychometrics, team analytics, online education and the economics of creative industries. 

Norbert leads a world-class portfolio of modules, programmes and activities at the Henley Business School. His teaching excellence was recognised by a National Teaching Fellowship.
