Nishy Lall leads on Sky’s Youth and Social Impact initiatives, driving change by equipping students with the skills to succeed in a digital world through award winning immersive experiences. Alongside over 25 years at Sky she has taken on board roles at the Screen Academy Foundation and launched Flourish in Diversity, a programme aimed at giving underrepresented young people access and the ability to prosper within the fashion sector.  

Nishy has received awards at the Asian Woman Awards and named a changemaker at the Drum Awards in 2022.
