Nina Graham is Director and Founder of Sound Path Limited, a specialist consultancy that helps universities to make the most from technology in support of their strategic goals. Nina has over 20 years' of experience in the Higher Education sector and advises on everything from strategy development and target operating model design, to optimisation of processes, data and systems. She also conducts tailored internal audit work with a range of higher education clients. Prior to establishing Sound Path, Nina was Associate Director for Strategic IT Planning and Partnership Management at the University of London, where she worked closely with the executive team to define and deliver the agenda for technology-enabled change. She has experience of delivering large-scale transformation programmes and has led a wide range of teams covering enterprise architecture, business analysis and change, testing and quality assurance, business relationship management and IT communications and engagement functions. Before moving into IT-related roles, Nina held several senior programme and project manager roles in the UK and Australia, and she has a background in academic quality assurance, academic policy, and student services positions. Nina is passionate about social mobility and outside of her core role, she has served as a non-executive director for a charity specialising in early years education.
