Headteacher, Stony Dean Special School
Having commenced at Stony Dean in 2012 from a mainstream secondary school background, Neil spent several years teaching SEN students, learning strategies and techniques to ensure successful learning, enabling students to adopt future adult independence and life skills. His dedication, passion and past business experience meant his promotion to Headteacher in 2015 allowed him to further develop these strategies, continually pushing and implementing additional school improvements. All of which, have resulted in him achieving Outstanding status on his first Ofsted inspection. Neil continues to run a growing team of committed and caring individuals who share the same ethos as himself.
