Neil Coleman is an experienced educational leader dedicated to driving school improvement and fostering collaborative professional growth. In his role as the Headteacher of Birchwood Primary School, Neil focuses on cultivating a nurturing environment where academic excellence and pupil well-being go hand-in-hand. 

In addition to his school-based leadership, Neil holds a strategic role as the Director of Professional Networks for the Community Academies Trust.
