Nathalie Brähler is Innovation Coordinator for Technology and Education (ICTO), lecturer and curriculum developer at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. She works within the international Creative Business programme and co-leads the development of a new hybrid Beyond Campus track. 

Her work focuses on AI, future-oriented learning design and the development of professional judgement in rapidly changing technological environments. Over the past decade, she has contributed to curriculum innovation across bachelor, master and executive education programmes. 

Alongside her academic work, Nathalie has an international background in marketing, branding and innovation, with leadership roles in both established organisations and technology startups. This combination of education and industry experience informs her work on how students learn to act responsibly when AI increasingly shapes how knowledge, decisions and professional work are produced. 

She regularly brings real-world technological, strategic and organizational challenges into curriculum design, helping students and educators rethink what professional capability means when AI and agentic systems increasingly shape how work is produced and decisions are made.
