Prof Najwa Mohammed Alhosani, Chancellor of the University of Kalba, holds a PhD from Kansas State University and focuses on curriculum, teaching methods, reading, writing, and early childhood education. Prof Alhosani is involved in various educational boards, including the Sharjah Education Academy and the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States. She has held significant roles, including Acting Dean of the College of Education, and has chaired numerous committees. An accomplished speaker, she has published extensively and received multiple awards, including the Entrepreneurship Award from UAE University. Prof Alhosani also participated in a UAE Women's Leadership Delegation to meet American leaders.
