Nachelle Crowther works in Global Leadership & Communication working at the intersection of tech, education, inclusion, wellbeing and future skills. With over 22 years’ experience across media, communication, leadership development and systems change, she is known for challenging institutions to think differently about how learning is designed, delivered and experienced.

Nachelle is the Founder of Generation Evolve, a collaborative education initiative reimagining learning beyond traditional models. Generation Evolve bridges education, industry and wellbeing to support resilience, emotional intelligence, adaptability and purpose – the student journey, with a strong focus on a more equitable education system. Its Education Village model blends academic learning with real-world experience, mentoring and wellbeing to help young people thrive, not just perform.

Alongside her education work, Nachelle is a Consultant and Coach at The Colin James Method®, supporting leaders across education, business and government to communicate with clarity, build strong cultures and lead through complexity. She has worked with global organisations including Google Cloud, SAP, UiPath, Xero, Global Banks and the Australian Government.

At BETT UK 2026, Nachelle joins the SEND Theatre panel “Gaming for all: Empowering inclusion and neurodiversity through Esports”, exploring how educators can think differently about engagement, relevance and belonging to unlock potential in every learner.
