Mr. Shishir is the Chairman of Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions which has been in the field of education for more than 76 years. Presently the Group operates in all the verticals of the education landscape and runs 4 preschools, 16 K-12 Schools, two Management Institutions, and a Teachers' Training Academy. He is also the President of FICCI All India Organisation of Employers (AIOE). In the past, he has been Director of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
