Prior to joining Rethink Education, Monique earned her MBA and MA in Education at Stanford Graduate School of Business. She began her career in PwC UK's Restructuring Practice, where she contributed to several high-profile projects, including the UK’s largest-ever trading insolvency.

Later, Monique executed a global go-to-market strategy to scale PwC’s Future of Work and AI offerings across 190 territories, which included cutting-edge workforce transformation solutions, helping clients prepare for the evolving nature of work.
In recognition of her impact, Monique was awarded McKinsey's Achievement Award and named a Top 5 Future Leader by EMpower. At Stanford, she was selected to lead the GSB Impact Fund as Co-Chief Investment Officer, overseeing investments in early-stage companies.
