Mihai's career path in education began while working as a technical trainer. One of his key discoveries during that period was that engagement and motivation are the most rewarding parts of the learning process for students. Combining his passion for IT with curiosity for gamification principles, he developed projects that would allow participants to be directly engaged in the learning process. He kept on pursuing this road of technological innovation, and his various projects and challenges along the way have brought him to Spark School. At Spark, Mihai is the Product Manager, and he is enjoying being able to nurture his love for technology in a learning environment that is currently revolutionising the high school educational landscape.
