Megan Hale and Anais Engelmann are two of the Co-Founders of Team Repair. They are on a mission to instil a repair mindset in the next generation and inspire more children from all backgrounds to go into STEM. Megan has been awarded as an inspirational woman in STEM at the House of Lords for her work inspiring more girls to go into Engineering. Anais has authored academic papers and spoken at conferences on circular economy practices and material circularity.
