Dr Matt Silver is an international thought leader, researcher and author in the systemic development of education. A former CEO, Headteacher and the current CEO of The Glass House Leadership Lab, he supports government bodies and education organisations to develop deeper insights into human leadership and sophisticated system design by integrating the many components of education.

His mission is to build transparent governance infrastructures that provide the clarity, connection and accountability across all layers and stakeholders of education. By partnering with TransformED, he is ensuring not only effective and efficient compliance, but a platform that creates the space and provides the tools for the profession to truly redesign, connect and innovate the education system so that we are future ready now.
