Martha Soto is the Secretary of Education of the State of Querétaro (México), a position she has held since 2021. With more than 30 years of experience in the education sector, she has developed a solid academic, institutional, and public service career. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, a Master’s degree in Law, and a PhD in Law from the Autonomous University of Querétaro. She is the author of several books and academic articles and has served as Rector of the Polytechnic University of Querétaro, contributing to the strengthening of higher education and educational innovation in the state.
