Mark is the Managing Director of Enabling Brighter Futures. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer for 11 years at a large, all-through special school in West London. And has spent the past 8 years working as a consultant to the DfE as a School Resource Management Advisor. A Fellow of the Institute of School Business Leadership, he also acts as the national representative on school funding and sits on the Government Advisory Board for the schools and academies funding group. With more than 25 years of professional and voluntary experience supporting children and adults with disabilities and additional needs, Mark is driven by a commitment to reducing the impact of disability and socioeconomic disadvantage on educational outcomes. His career has been rooted in the public and third sectors, where he has built a reputation as a strategic, forward-thinking leader, skilled in organisational development, change management and operational delivery.
