Mark Cox is an Assistant Head at the outstanding Richard Challoner School in a London suburb. A physical education teacher he is also responsible for pastoral care and the wider curriculum, previous roles include both year and subject leader. A twenty-five-year commitment to his school has witnessed significant change; personally, locally and nationally. Mark is a proud parent of two international sports people, he has passion to help young people balance academic progress alongside 'equally' important life skills. He believes this is something the UK should do better. In collaboration with Avalon, Mark's endless wish list has helped push the design of the new product; aiming to track and help motivate student participation.
