Lyndsay is a senior programme manager at Newham Council where she leads a ‘Newham Data’ programme designed to make Newham the destination in London for businesses, innovators and investors in the data sector. Lyndsay’s work has consistently been at the intersection of government, technology and programme management. Previously Lyndsay worked in the Government Digital Service in the Cabinet Office for 5 years where she worked on strategy and policy projects around digital skills, Brexit and Covid-19 communications. Lyndsay has also been a senior programme manager in Tech Nation, a government organisation set up to stimulate the tech startup economy in the UK.
