As Deputy Director of Education and Skills at the OECD, Dr Dellagnelo plays a key leadership role in advancing the organisation’s mission to help countries improve the quality, equity, and effectiveness of their education systems.

A senior professional with extensive cross-sector experience working for governments, NGOs, and international organisations, Dr Dellagnelo served, among other roles, as CEO of the Centre of Innovation for Brazilian Education (CIEB), and as Secretary of Sustainable Economic Development for Santa Catarina State Government (2011–2015).

A dual Brazilian and Luxembourg national, Dr Dellagnelo holds a Doctor and a Master degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
